Personal 1 Month Counseling
All clients will fill out a questionnaire and keep a food journal for 3 to 4 days. This information is sent to Julia and it is from this infomation that your meal is designed. Each client is provided an "update" template that they fill out each week and send to Juila so that she can track your progress and make appriprate meal plans changes. Clients are also free to text or email Julia questions during the week.
